Running Wednesday evenings in July, we welcome you from 6.15pm, and the course starts at 6.30pm. Course dates: July 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th.
During this course you’ll learn practical tools to prepare for and experience your birth in a more comfortable and empowered way.
Included in the course fees you’ll receive a folio of resources valued at over $200 that includes practice albums, and eBook, video link, and a physical folio to refer back to at any time. Course fees reserve a spot for you (expectant mum) and your chosen birth partner, additional attendees to pay a separate fee. Courses run over four three-hour sessions.

This course will equip you with everything you and your birth partner need to feel informed and ready to take the lead on your own birth journey. Drawing from the teachings of birth experts around the world, the Hypnobubs™ Positive Birth Program teaches you how to approach birth without fear.

The psychology and physiology of birth
The connection between mind, body and the impact of your thoughts
How to reach a place of deep focus and relaxation allowing your body to do what it is designed to do
Practical tools for your birth partner to actively protect and support your birth space

Courses run over four three-hour sessions.
We recommend you start your course between 20 - 32 weeks this allows plenty of time for practise and visualisations - which will really help come delivery day.
*While we prefer payment in full we understand this is not always possible, in which case you can select to pay a deposit of $200. This deposit is non refundable with the balance of course fees due seven days before course commencement. If paying in full, please be aware that any cancellation will incur a $200 cancellation fee.
