THE POSITIVE BIRTH PROGRAM
Helping you prepare for childbirth with peace, fearlessness and empowerment. The Heal Zone offers group and private classes, teaching Hypnobubs™ Accredited classes to expectant parents.
This course will equip you with everything you and your birth partner need to feel informed and ready to take the lead on your own birth journey. Drawing from the teachings of birth experts around the world, the Hypnobubs™ Positive Birth Program teaches you how to approach birth without fear.
During this course you’ll learn practical tools to prepare for and experience your birth in a more comfortable and empowered way. Learn about:
The psychology and physiology of birth
The connection between mind, body and the impact of your thoughts
How to reach a place of deep focus and relaxation allowing your body to do what it is designed to do
Practical tools for your birth partner to actively protect and support your birth space
Included in the course fees is a spot for you (expectant mum) and your chosen birth partner, you’ll also receive a folio of resources valued at over $200 which includes practice albums, eBook, video link, digital download for mp3’s, and a physical folio to refer back to at any time. Courses run over four three-hour sessions (or if booking privately there is an option for two six-hour sessions).
We recommend you start your course between 20 - 32 weeks. Private courses can be later however it is still an advantage to do with plenty of time for practise and visualisations - all will really help come delivery day.
YOUR OPTIONS FOR THE POSITIVE BIRTH PROGRAM:
GROUP COURSE: attend our program in a small intimate group setting alongside your birth parter. Group courses run once a week over four weeks.
Class size is limited to seven couples, minimum three couples. Upcoming group classes and dates are listed below.
REFRESHER COURSE: refreshers are for those who have completed the Hypnobubs™ online course or who have trained with us previously. This is an in-home private class which runs for three hours.

PRIVATE COURSE: get the benefit of the same amazing program one on one in the privacy of your own home, at a time that works with your schedule.
